Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our sleep experts via email or phone within 100 nights of delivery to start your return or exchange process.
- 2.Verification and Prep
Provide proof of purchase and photos of the mattress to confirm it is in clean, undamaged condition as per our hygiene policy.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
We will coordinate with a local removal partner to pick up your mattress directly from your home at a time that fits your schedule.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once the pickup is confirmed, we will process your full refund or apply the credit toward your new mattress selection within 5-7 business days.
